


Colin McPhillamy (Robert)
Colin was born in London of Australian parents, and has worked in theatres from the Orkneys off the northern coast of
Scotland to The Barossa Valley in South Australia. Points in between include; The Royal National Theatre, The Old
Vic, The West End, The Sydney Theatre Company, Broadway, off-Broadway, The Guthrie, The Mark Taper Forum, The
Actor's Theatre of Louisville, and Florida Stage.
Colin trained as an actor at The Central School of Speech and Drama in London - former graduates include Sir
Lawrence Olivier, and Dame Judi Dench. In 1990 he wrote a piece for BBC radio which told the story of
his first professional engagement as an actor where he performed his one-man version of Shakespeare's Henry V, at
the well-known Little Theatre on The Isle of Mull in The Hebrides. He played some 40,000 parts including both the
English and French armies. Colin went on to contribute regularly to BBC radio, writing plays and short stories, his
work has been nominated for The Prix Italia, and The Writer's Guild Comedy Award.
Colin appeared at The Edinburgh Festival in his own play The Tree House, for which he was nominated Best Actor.
He has also toured extensively with that piece. His first acting engagement in the USA was where he joined the
Broadway production of Waiting in the Wings, in which he went on to play opposite Lauren Bacall and Rosemary
Harris.
He has appeared in many British Television series including: The Bill, Eastenders, and Inspector Alleyn. In the USA
he was seen in Law and Order Criminal Intent.
This is Colin's third consecutive year acting in South Florida - previously he played a memory damaged Canadian
farmer, and a shy food inspector from South Michigan, in The Drawer Boy and Hanging Fire respectively, both at
Florida Stage in Manalapan. He is delighted to join the innovative Promethean Theatre Company for their production
of Blue Orange, not least because at last he will have a chance to play a character from his native England!


Christopher Kauffmann (Bruce)
Christopher graduated from The Acting Studio’s Conservatory in 2003. He then went on to perform in such shows as
Hellcab, Vampire Lesbians of Sodom, and Disturbed as well as being a member of Separate Checks Comedy Improv
Troupe. He then moved to New York City and continued studying and performing at the T. Schreiber Studio and Upright
Citizens Brigade. Since returning from New York he has become a founding member of the improv troupe Leave ‘Em
Laughin’, performed at The Public Theatre in the World Premiere ...And Then She Moved The Furniture and has been
touring with City Theatre and The Fantasy Theatre Factory.
He's thrilled to be working with The Promethean Theatre and would like to thank... Deborah,
Beth, and Margaret for the opportunity and the incredibly talented cast and crew for all
of their hard work and support. But most of all his parents without whom none of this would be
possible.

Sheaun McKinney (Christopher)
Sheaun Mckinney is a co-founder of the new company "Ground up and Rising" and A member of "The Collective".
Sheaun made his professional debut at Joe Adlers' "GableStage" in a production of "A Lesson Before Dying"
for which he recieved a Carbonell nomination for best actor. Sheaun has since performed in both Dade and Broward
in such shows as: "Hellcab", "Streamers", "Jesus hopped the A Train", "Whose life is it Anyway", and
"Joey Shakespeare". Sheaun can also be seen in "Ground up and Rising's" May 19th-Jun 11th production of the
pulitzer prize winning "Top Dog Under Dog" directed by John Archie. Sheaun is delighted to be working with
"Promethean" and such a talented cast. Sheaun dedicates his performance to his family, friends, the enire Ground up
and Rising crew! and to the theatre dept. at Miami-Dade College kendall campus. R.I.P Antwan Mckinney God Bless.
